Your swing or pitch can be replayed in crystal-clear, frame-by-frame format, so you can see all the intricate details, and have the instructor illustrate corrections and compare against previous videos. This analysis enables the player to match what they think they are doing to what they are actually doing. The player gets a clear understanding of what they are trying to accomplish and the coach can reference key mechanics with just a few words.
